Extentech is a leading developer of Java Spreadsheet Tools and applications including ExtenXLS™ Java Spreadsheet SDK , Exteria™ Business Automation Platform , ExtenXLS™ Spreadsheet Server, ExtenBIS™ Business Intelligence Server and the Sheetster.com web spreadsheet.

Extentech History
Extentech is a San Francisco, California C-Corporation founded in 1999 by John McMahon and Nicholas Rab. Initially started as a web-consulting firm helping small businesses establish an online presence, Extentech soon found itself developing custom Enterprise Java Applications in the financial services industry.

ExtenXLS was originally developed to provide spreadsheet export capability for a consulting customer. After identifying the usefulness of such a tool, Extentech began developing ExtenXLS in earnest and within a few years had established Extentech as a preferred vendor for Java Spreadsheet functionality among dozens of Global 2000 companies.

In 2006 Extentech entered a strategic alliance with longtime ExtenXLS customer, Infoteria Corporation and developed the Exteria Business Automation Platform as a joint venture product.

Today, our customers include major financial institutions and Global 2000 companies worldwide such as JPMorgan, Merrill Lynch, Hewlett Packard, Accenture, H&R Block, BP, IBM, Toyota, and many others.
